Here's the deal:

PGA Rentals - Let us create a unique web page for your property at NO CHARGE. We’ll take both exterior and interior (if possible) pictures and write a brief description of its amenities. If we rent it, you'll pocket 80 percent of what we earn for you, which includes all setup on our end, arrangements with renter, cleaning, etc. If we don’t rent it, you owe us nothing for our time. If you wish to handle the rental yourself, we'll create your unique web page for $375, which can remain on the site for up to one year and includes two free updates. Renters contact you directly about your property.

For Sale - We'll come out and take up to eight pictures of the property for sale inside and out, write up a short description and post it on this site for free if you designate our licensed broker to transact the sale at a 3% commission. If you sell it otherwise or wish to remove the listing (min. 45 days), there's no charge. If you decide you'd rather handle the sale yourself, then we offer a low, one-time fee of $175 to post your listing here that can remain for up to one year.

Rentals outside of PGA National - Homeowners elsewhere in South Florida are also welcome to have us create a unique page for their rental property for a $150 one-time fee with owner handling all property management.
